How will you communicate with me about my loans?

We will contact you when any new information becomes available or there are decisions to be made.

What steps do you take to recover delinquent payments?

Sometimes the delinquent payment(s) can are fully resolved after a few phone calls and a short period of time. When a little more time is needed, we will work with both parties to ensure alignment.

What if a borrower doesn't respond to your outreach?

We will eventually establish communication; it’s just a matter of how and when. While our last resort is the foreclosure sale of a property, initiating the process will generate a response from the borrower.

How are your approach and results better than hiring a lawyer or going with an outside foreclosure trustee?

We are a familiar and neutral 3rd party which increases the likelihood that communications will occur sooner and will be more effective. Attorneys are hired to litigate, not to get loans reperforming. If you hire a lawyer, they hire a lawyer and money that could go toward your cash flow is wasted. Likewise, foreclosure firms are paid to foreclose; it conflicts with their business model to negotiate solutions other than foreclosure.
